This pandemic has severely impacted Black-owned small businesses of Los Angeles.

Los Angeles has a diversity of small businesses from grocery stores to clothing retail, coffee shops, restaurants, barbershops, nail salons, street vendors, and more.

A great percentage of these businesses could not qualify for the disaster relief loans and grants available. 

Soon business owners will have to pay rent in full plus a percentage of the arrears, and for some businesses, utility bills are piling up. These are the businesses that need help right now. The Phoenix In All Inc., COVID-19 Relief Fund, is designed to provide micro-grants to the small businesses , which were negatively impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. 

There will be a straightforward qualification process to ensure that every small business will survive this Pandemic and thrive after that.
